Key Largo 4/26/14:

We had perfect dives on Saturday, flat seas, good vis, no current, sun and fun. Eels, turtles, and a ray were spotted. Water warmer at 78.

Dive season is here, and we have some great dives coming up!

You've waited months for this, now it has arrived. It's time to jump back in the water with ADA to kick off the 2014 dive season. Make plans to join us now. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:

3. Pay conveniently online or mail a check payable to Active Divers Association to Jerry Kosakowski, 298 NW 83rd Lane, Coral Springs, FL 33071!


Saturday, May 3rd: Welcome the month of May with lots of wonderful sites and reefs to explore right in our own back yard. Depths range from 25 to 60 ft., and sites include Oakland Ledges, The Caves, and Barracuda Reef. Meet at American Dream at 12:30 p.m.

South Tavernier + BBQ

Saturday, May 10th: Dive great sites such as Captain Tom’s Ledge, Conch Wall, Crocker Ridges, Crocker Wall, and Davis Reef will make for a fun day of diving. Average depths range from 15 to 60 feet. After the dive, stick around for the après-Dive barbecue and swap fish stories with your ADA friends. Meet at Florida Keys Dive Center in Tavernier at 12:00 noon.

Sunday, May 18th: The water will be warming up as we join Keys Dive (not to be confused with the Florida Keys Dive Center) further down the road in Islamorada. We may dive No Name Wall, Blue Parrot, Alligator Reef, or countless others. Average depths range to 60 feet.Meet at Key Dives at Bud & Mary's Marina at 12:30 p.m.

Miami Reef 
(Dive close to home!)

Saturday, May 24th: Come explore the wonder in our own back yard and a great afternoon of reef diving. Some of the possibilities include Neptune Memorial Reef, Long Reef, Fowley Lighthouse, and Golden Beach. This is a great place for adding to your reef critters photo collection.Meet at Divers Paradise on Key Biscayne at 12:00 noon.
