This year's
Sea Turtle Dive in Jupiter did not
disappoint! We saw this adorable
hawksbill and many large loggerheads.

Sea
Turtle Dive with Kyalami Jupiter
Scuba Diving
It was a beautiful day to be in the
ocean. Sunny and hot on the surface,
with warm water near the surface but a
little chilly at depth (80).
Our first dive site was Area 51 Dive
Site, which earned its name because
you never know what you are going to
see there. Despite the dirty 30 ft
vis, we saw 2 nurse sharks, 2 morays,
2 reef sharks, 2 goliath grouper, a
school of barracuda, a crab and a lot
of schooling tropicals a single turtle
was sighted.
On the second dive, Loggerhead, the
vis cleared up a bit, and we were in
for a treat. We were able to see at
least 5 large turtles. One was a very
old, large loggerhead, there was a
hawksbill, and other loggerheads. We
also saw morays, and more goliath
grouper along with the standard
tropicals.
The crew were friendly and helpful and
made the trip fantastic.

FULL
doesn't always mean full. When
our dives fill up the original
number of spaces booked, we can
always ask for more space from the
dive shop. And when the boats are at
capacity you can always ask to be
put on the waitlist. We always have
cancellations, so many of our
members on the waitlist get on the
dive, sometimes the night before or
the morning of the dive. So don't
miss out. If you're favorite dive
says full, just ask to be put on the
waitlist by contacting Rachel at
786-316-9852 or simply reply to this
email. Waitlisted spots are filled
on a first come first served basis
so do it soon! See you on the boat!
