Jupiter Shark Dive with
Emerald Charters
Saturday, August 3
Tropical Storm Debby was making
her presence felt on this dive
with sporty seas and 86
degree water. This is always a
thrilling dive and one of the
favorites on the calendar. The
first dive brought us down to 70
feet with a lemon and silky
sharks. The second dive brought
numerous sharks, including lemon
and silky and a speedy pod of
dolphins passing
through! Unfortunately the
winds picked up as the day went
on and the Captain prudently
decided to call the day and
return back to the dock after
the second dive.
The Active Divers were so
enthusiastic about this dive
that we are looking for another
date with calmer seas when we
could repeat it and get all
three dives in.
