Miami Wreck with Deco Divers
Dive
1: Belcher Barge -
seas 3 INCHES, depth 60', vis 30',
moderate current. Sightings include neon
gobies, (they must have thought my hand needed
cleaning, and proceeded to peck away) file fish,
goat fish, box fish, jacks, angels, juvenile
cow fish (the size of my finger nail) .
Dive 2: Neptune Memorial - seas
6 INCHES (we considered canceling due to
deteriorating conditions, but pushed on) depth 40',
vis 40', moderate current. Neptune has added a
series of 20' tall arches located just south of
the Lion Guardians.The 14 arches form a T and expand
the site to almost double in size. Sightings
include schooling snapper and grunts, graysby
groupers engaged in mating dance, spotfin butterfly
fish, trumpet fish, angels, damsels, princess
parrots.
