Hurricane Irma Recovery and ADA Diving
 

We hope all our members are safe and are in the process of recovery. It may take a while, but perseverance will see us through these challenging times.
 
We will be sending updates frequently concerning future ADA dives and activities. Members who paid for cancelled dives (Sept 9, Sept. 10 and BBQ, and Sept. 16) will be issued a credit or refund. We hope to reschedule Sept. 9 (Coral Restoration Project). If we are able to reschedule and you are unable to attend, you will be issued a refund ($130) via Paypal upon request.

Affected members may opt for any of the following:

1. Apply credits to future dives (except for Sept. 9 credit)
2. Extend your membership for one year, with an ADA check issued for the balance.
3. Request a refund via Paypal

Note: dive insurance ($5) is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and no credit will be issued.

As of today, the Key Largo dives with Rainbow Reef on Sept 23 should proceed as scheduled. We will post updates via email and on our Facebook page. We will advise on all upcoming dives as more information is known.

Rainbow Reef Dive Center in Key Largo will open in time for our afternoon and night dive on Saturday, September 23rd!

Join us for our End of Season event Oct. 14th!
A good time will be had by all ADA members at our End of Season BBQ picnic. 

 

On Saturday, October 14th, 2017, all ADA members, prospective members, family and friends are invited to our annual End of Season BBQ & Beach dive event held at Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park (formerly known as John U. Lloyd Beach State Park), Jetty Pavillion, 6503 N. Ocean Drive, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 1.5 miles north of Sheridan St. on A1A

The park opens at 8:00 AM. Meet for beach dive at 9:00 AM, BBQ at noon. This event is FREE to all ADA members, but you must RSVP to Lon at 305-251-4975 by October 5th to attend. Non-ADA members and non-family members may attend but will be asked to contribute $10 for the BBQ. You must be present and RSVP to win raffle prizes.
