Members
who have a dive credit
from a dive that ADA
cancelled, and/or from a
dive that the member
cancelled and had
purchased the dive
insurance, will have two
options
- No
action is required, your
credits will be
automatically applied
toward extending your
membership one year, and
the difference will be
refunded via a check
sent to your mailing
address on our records.
- Request
a full refund, with no
extension of your
membership, and a check
will be sent to your
mailing address on our
records. To request a
full refund, send an

with the dates of dives
for which you are
requesting a refund.
