Celebrity Beyond
For the last 8 dive cruises we have been using Princess cruise ships but due to changes in itineraries and reduced dive excursions we’ve had to look for better alternatives. After extensive searching we have found that Celebrity has a 6-night cruise leaving out of Fort Lauderdale that goes to two of the best dive locations in the Caribbean- Cozumel and Grand Cayman. It also does a stop at Coco Cay, their private island where they also offer a one tank Scuba excursion. I’ve been there and it’s a good experience even if you don’t want to dive. The ship is the newest and largest in the “Edge class” ships and you can take a short video tour at Celebrity Beyond: Discover Our Newest Ship. One final thing: if you book this cruise, be sure to book the ship's scuba excursions for Coco Cay and Grand Cayman. They have limited availability and will sell out quickly.
